Introduction
The year 2007 has been another exciting and successful year for Amsphere. Revenues have once again grown significantly, as has our presence in the UK Testing market. This year has seen us secure new projects with new clients for a variety of testing services, while our relationships with current clients have strengthened and extended into fully managed testing and environment management functions.

People
Amsphere recognise that our continued growth is only made possible with the right people, and this year has seen a number of positive changes. Expansion in our client needs has required a significant growth in our testing & environments personnel and software dispute experts. All of our staff have played a key role in representing Amsphere's values of quality, creativity and knowledge. We have strengthened the business with the recruitment of several senior managers and consultants, and we will continue to add talent to support Amsphere's expansion throughout 2008.

Ram Gidoomal CBE, joined the board this year as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Remuneration Committees. He is an experienced businessman and entrepreneur and holds senior positions on a variety of influential boards and committees. We welcome him to Amsphere and look forward to working with him in the coming year.

Business
Amsphere's clients include some of the FTSE 100 retailers, as well as clients in the Banking and Insurance markets. These sectors remain our main areas of investment this year and we will focus on making substantial headway in these lines of business in the coming year.

Market instabilities during the summer of 2007 have cemented the importance of testing among large financial institutions in particular, and regulatory changes surrounding MiFID look set to provide Amsphere with a key role in testing for compliance. This drive has been supported by important hires in this sector, and will remain the focus for 2008.

Outsourcing agreements continue to pervade the markets we operate in, and demand for Amsphere's unique Knowledge Transition Management KTM™ offering has risen to match this trend. As businesses strive to achieve competitive advantage through automation and technological innovation, investment in Amsphere's independent testing services have become a strategic enabler assuring delivery and quality.

Lastly, the Software Disputes Practice has seen a record number of cases in the past six months and sustained investment has seen our panel of experts grow considerably. We continue to develop strong relationships with the top commercial law firms in the country and have widened our role to that of consultants and advisors, as well as expert witnesses.
