About Us

Corporate Responsibility

Amsphere's staff and management are passionate about corporate and social responsibility (CSR). As an organisation, we choose to make a difference in the society in which we live. We believe it is the responsibility of both individuals and the business to give back to those in need. As individuals, we do this in our personal time and as an organisation, we give part of our profits towards meeting our CSR goals.

I CAN -  Amsphere’s Charity of the Year

I CAN

Amsphere is supporting I CAN, the children’s communication charity, via the High Sheriff of Greater London’s Appeal.  Everything we learn as children, and achieve as adults, depends on our ability to communicate.  Yet upwards of 50% of children, in some deprived parts of the country, are starting school with poor speech and language skills. Their language development is held back due to social and environmental factors.

Of these 10% or 1.2 million children have speech and language difficulties either as a specific language impairment or as the result of another condition such as autism or cerebral palsy. They struggle to understand what is said to them or find it hard to organise their thoughts into meaningful speech.

I CAN helps children across the UK through their network of accredited nurseries, special schools and assessment centres; they inform parents and support families; they train teachers and provide outreach to children in mainstream schools.  Their pioneering services change children’s lives.

Amsphere is supporting I CAN’s invaluable programmes, helping to make a huge difference to thousands of children’s lives.  Staff will be taking on challenges and carrying out fundraising activities to help children who struggle to communicate reach their full potential.
