PERFORMANCE TEST LEAD

Dedicated Lead Performance tester required to work on long term project within a large scale retail organisation. At least five years performance testing experience using LoadRunner is required, as is experience with multiple protocols including Citrix, Oracle and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, analysis, scripting and running of performance tests.

Initial analysis of performance test requirements
Production of test data for running of tests
Producing LoadRunner scripts to simulate application load
Running of tests
Analysis of system performance defects
Liaise with development teams to discover the root cause of faults
Team leading when required

Essential Skills and Experiences
At least five years dedicated experience of Performance testing
LoadRunner CPC or CPS qualification
Considerable experience in scripting using LoadRunner
Web Http/Html scripting, and Citrix, Oracle and at least two other protocols
Excellent communication skills - Oral and Written
Ability to locate bottlenecks in applications when issues arise
Performance team leading experience
Network performance testing

Desirable Skills and Experiences
Report writing
QTP experience
