The IT Knowledge Transition Analysts will be part of a variety of knowledge transition management projects for our clients in different industries.
Key Responsibilities
Understand, analyse, evaluate and organise information and own the delivery of knowledge transition activities
Ensure the creation, tracking and maintenance of project plans
Experience
You will have worked in a wide variety of business and technical environments and possess the gravitas required to deal with clients at a senior level
You will possess an understanding of a broad range of technology (i.e. IBM mainframe, AS40, VB, .net etc.)
Exposure to both infrastructure and applications would be advantageous
You will be politically and culturally aware and be sensitive to the impact of change on organisations and staff
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills together with your calming nature will enable you to influence and engage individuals to gain their cooperation and buy-in
With an analytical mind, you will be able to extract, evaluate and organise information
Prior experience of knowledge management, or IT due diligence and experience of working in the Finance / Banking and Insurance sectors would be an advantage
You must be willing to travel and be based at varying locations in the UK and internationally as required
