KAAMS™ - Knowledge Acquisition And Management System.

Designed to identify and mitigate the risks around knowledge loss and or knowledge transfer with an organisation. KAAMS™ is based on a complex toolset and is a proven, highly successful methodology that has been deployed in a variety of transition activities including in-sourcing, outsourcing, team rationalisation and other such circumstances. It draws on Amsphere’s extensive experience in managing and delivering the Transfer of Knowledge - both as a stand-alone service and as part of Amsphere’s fast project engagement process.

KAAMS™ ensures that the greatest knowledge risk areas are identified and mitigated across the organisation. The solution has four key areas:-

Scope assess the risk and business impact to the organisation of knowledge loss and scope the KAAMS™ exercise.
Capture the knowledge from the identified sources and resources.
Consolidate all the gathered information in a format that meets the distribution requirements.
Distribute - Package and distribute the knowledge to the required audience and measure the success of the exercise.
