REVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

Amsphere's services are designed to help our clients mitigate their transition and organisational change related risks by providing IT delivery & quality assurance. The main service lines are: Independent Testing, Knowledge Risk Management, Business Process Management Consulting and Software Dispute Prevention & Resolution. Our service is entirely independent and impartial with a focus on our clients' requirements and needs. Our mission is to de-risk IT delivery through the reduction of defects and the avoidance of disputes.

People

Our people remain our strength and we continue to remain committed to our initiatives to ensure quality recruitment, ongoing training and mentoring, and all aspects of career development. High quality staff have strengthened all our teams, and our attrition level remains low, ensuring we keep knowledge and expertise within the business. We have continued to invest in our people, who remain our key asset.

Prospects

There remains increasing demand for independent IT delivery & quality assurance from our clients together with our Software Dispute Prevention services. Our sales pipeline remains strong and we look forward to working closely with clients both old and new in the coming months. KAAMS® and SNAP™ have proven extremely successful with clients this year and we continue to invest in future releases of these products.

Initiatives

Amsphere has maintained accreditation of the Quality Standard ISO 9001- 2008.  Amsphere is a Carbon Offset Partner of Pure: The Clean Planet Trust. We have offset all of the carbon emissions associated with our business activities.
