By following a pre-determined set of Quality gates the framework is based on a pragmatic approach which complies with industry best practice. These quality gates are;

1. Completion of Project Initiation

• Signed off Project Initiation Document
• Approved Business Case
• Confirmation of project deliverables

2.  Completion of High Level Design

• Signed off Requirements (including Non Functional)
• Signed off High Level Solution Design
• Updated Business Case
• Service Readiness Plan in place
• Signed off Test Plan

3. Completion of Detailed Design

• Signed off System Specification
• Signed off  Technical System Design
• Test Scripts complete
• Signed 3rd Party Statements of Works

4. Completion of Build

• Signed off Unit Test results

5. Completion of Acceptance Testing

• Signed off UAT
• Signed off OAT results

6. Confirm ready to G0 live

• Approved Service Readiness Criteria
• 3rd Party performance review

7. Completion of Post Implementation Review

• Project Closedown Report complete
